Welcome to "Catch the Ball" Game Course!
If you’ve never developed any game app before, this is the course for you!
In this course, we're going to develop a simple game app called "Catch the Ball"
You'll learn the basics of game development like:
- Move images
- Save score
- Sound effects
- Admob interstitial ad
Let's develop your first game app today :)
|Android Studio||2.x (Has been tested with 3.4)|
|Emulator||Android Emulator & Genymotion (Nexus4)|
In the original version, we moved the box vertically and the balls horizontally.
In version 2, we’re going to do the opposite!
The box moves horizontally and the balls move vertically.
You'll also learn some new game tricks:
- Narrow the game frame when the box hits the black ball.
- Expand the game frame when the box gets the pink ball.
- The pink ball shows up every 10 seconds.
- Not separate start, game, and result activities. (Use one activity.)
